Single-heating-element steam generator. Equipped with a pressure gauge, pressure-adjustable via a pressure switch; safety valve and phase indicator lamps are standard. It is tested and approved at our facility before shipment and is covered by a 1-year warranty.

Our machines have a 1-year warranty. Parts and labor are covered for manufacturing defects. Consumables like scaling, user errors, and parts such as seals and resistance lifespan are not covered.

**What is the delivery time?**

We keep standard models in stock; usually shipped within one week after order confirmation. For special production, the time is determined according to requested size and capacity.

**Who performs the installation?**

The machine arrives ready for connection; the facility does its own water and electrical connections with its technician, we provide remote video support. Paid installation services are provided in certain cases; local dealers may take over in export markets.

**What certificates do you have?**

We have CE, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 10002 certificates. All certificates are published on our website.

**What are the electrical requirements?**

Standard machines operate with 3 phase, 380–400 V (ground + neutral). We produce on demand for different networks — e.g. 110 V for the US market.
