Dual-heating-element steam generator — same body and equipment as the ST-1, with twice the capacity. Equipped with a pressure gauge and pressure adjustment via a pressure switch; the safety valve and phase indicator lamps are standard. Tested at our facility before shipment; covered by a 1-year warranty.

Our machines come with a 1-year warranty. Manufacturing defects cover parts and labor. Consumables such as scale buildup, user errors, and lifespans of seals and resistance elements are excluded.

**What is the delivery time?**

We keep standard models in stock; typically shipped within one week after order confirmation. For custom production, the period depends on requested dimensions and capacity.

**Who performs the installation?**

The machine arrives ready for connection; water and electrical connections are done by the facility's own installer, we provide remote support. In certain cases, we offer paid installation services; local dealers may intervene in export markets.

**What certifications do you have?**

**What are the electrical requirements?**

Standard machines operate on 3 phase, 380–400 V (ground + neutral). For different networks — e.g., 110 V for the US market — production is made upon request.
