60 kW electric steam generator with 6 heating elements of 10 kW each, following the shared ST series machine concept. Equipped with a pressure gauge, pressostat, safety valve and automatic water supply.

- Pressure control: The pressostat switches the heating elements off at a gauge pressure of 3 bar(g) and back on at 2 bar(g)
- Electrical controls: Integrated control panel mounted on the boiler; contactor control and fuse protection for heating element circuits
- Safety valve setting: 4 bar(g)
- Water and scale maintenance: Appropriate water conditioning must be combined with regular boiler maintenance
- Pre-dispatch pressure and function test: The pressostat is temporarily set to 4 bar(g) for a steam-pressure and visible-leak check; the 3 bar(g) cut-out and 2 bar(g) restart settings are then restored and verified
