Spare parts and equipment compatible with Stilsan machines.
The ESHT-102 humidity and temperature sensor measures relative humidity in the range of 0 ... 100 % RH and temperature in the range of -40 ... +60 °C. Thanks to its device-selectable 0-20 mA DC or 0-10 V DC output, it can be directly connected to control devices in panels and automation systems. Its wall-mounted enclosure has an IP 65 protection rating according to EN 60529; connection is made via a 1,5 mm² terminal block. The environment must be free from icing and condensation. The device is CE marked in accordance with EN standards.
Wheel mounted on the lower chassis to enable the machine body to be moved.
A valve used to manually open and close the flow in a steam or water line.
A T-shaped fitting that divides a pipeline into two directions.
A plug that seals unused pipe ends.
A valve that controls the flow in the feed water line.
A pump that supplies feedwater from the water tank to the boiler. It operates together with a float and level control to maintain the boiler water level.
A rotary switch used to manually switch the circuit on and off from the panel. Used for controlling the main power supply and heating element circuits in steam generators.
A DIN rail-mounted terminal block used for input connections inside electrical panels. It enables the orderly and safe distribution of power cables.
Federal FC 09D11 is a 3-pole AC power contactor designed for starting electric motors in industrial facilities and automation panels, and for safely controlling heater and lighting circuits requiring high power. Its compact structure and durable electromechanical design provide long-lasting switching performance under demanding operating conditions. With 1 Normally Open (NO) and 1 Normally Closed (NC) auxiliary contact integrated into the device, it can be easily integrated into complex automation and signaling scenarios without requiring an additional block.
A magnetic contactor is an electromechanical switch used to remotely or automatically switch electrical circuits on and off through a control circuit, particularly for high-current loads such as electric motors, power factor correction panels, industrial heaters, or lighting systems. When the coil inside the device is energized, the resulting magnetic field pulls in the contacts, allowing the electrical current to pass or interrupting the current.
The Federal Electric FM4-C20 automatic circuit breaker has a rated current of 20A and a Type C tripping characteristic. It is suitable for loads with high inrush current, such as general lighting and socket circuits in residential and commercial installations, and operates with a delayed response time. It operates at a voltage of 230/400V~ and a frequency of 50/60Hz, with a short-circuit breaking capacity of 4500A (4.5 kA). It is manufactured in accordance with the IEC 60898-1 standard.
Lock used in ST-1 /2 Panel Lock models
Half-Inch Brass Union
A mechanical float valve that automatically maintains a constant water level in a water storage tank or supply tank.
A relay that detects the liquid level in a water tank or boiler and automatically controls the pump/feed circuit according to the set level.
An elbow-type hose barb fitting that provides angle/direction changes and a flexible connection in pipe or hose lines.
An elbow-type pipe fitting that changes the direction of a pipeline, with one threaded end and one plain (tail) end for installation.
A short, double-ended threaded fitting used to connect two threaded pipe ends (nipple).
A safety siren that audibly alerts the operator when the pressure or water level reaches an abnormal value.
A one-way valve that prevents backflow by allowing the fluid to pass in only one direction; it protects the pump and system against reverse pressure.
A measuring device (pressure gauge) that displays the system’s instantaneous pressure via a pointer; used to monitor operating pressure in steam generators.
An automatic control valve that opens and closes the flow of water or steam באמצעות an electrical signal; used to control the supply line in steam systems.
A pressure switch (pressostat) that detects the pressure in the steam generator and automatically switches the heating element circuit on and off according to the set threshold.
