Ironing tables, presses and finishing equipment may be brought into operation at different times during the same shift. Insufficient steam can lead to waiting times and inconsistent results, while an oversized system can increase investment and energy loads. For this reason, actual simultaneous usage is assessed before total connected power.
The steam generator supplies the ironing and pressing line within the specified pressure range. Appropriate piping, insulation and condensate management help steam reach the point of use more consistently. Automatic control monitors operating values and makes it easier for the operator to manage the daily process.
The machine list, consumption value per item of equipment, simultaneity, line length and planned future growth are assessed together. If there are layout constraints, a standard or custom-dimensioned body option is also reviewed. The final selection is made based on site information and the technical datasheets of the equipment.
The water supply, electrical infrastructure, flue or ventilation requirements and safe service area are checked before installation. After commissioning, the facility is provided with a practical maintenance plan covering water quality, daily checks, scale management and periodic maintenance.
