Steam bath operates at low temperature and near-saturated humidity. The generator is located outside the room, steam is delivered through nozzles, and the heat-humidity panel maintains the environment. Capacity is determined according to room volume, insulation and usage intensity.
A steam bath operates on the principle of low temperature and very high humidity: the room is typically kept around 45°C with humidity close to saturation. This is completely different from a dry sauna — in a dry sauna, temperature rises to 80–100°C and humidity is low. The steam-generating unit is located not inside the room, but in an external technical space; the steam produced is transported through piping and delivered via a nozzle inside the room. The user comes into contact not with the steam itself but with the atmosphere created by the steam.
The steam generator is placed in a technical room. The nozzle delivering steam into the room is positioned to provide even distribution rather than single-point spraying. The heat and humidity control panel manages the system to maintain set temperature and humidity values inside the room. These three components are delivered together. The room itself — its insulation, cladding, sealing, and drainage — is part of the structure and the correct operation of the system depends on proper execution of these.
Capacity in a steam bath starts with room volume (m³), not area. Added to this are insulation quality, cladding materials, and usage intensity: surfaces like marble and ceramic absorb heat, poorly insulated rooms continuously lose some of the steam generated, and a hotel bath operating all day non-stop is not the same as a residential application used for a few hours daily. Therefore, we do not provide a simple kW per cubic meter table; we calculate capacity based on your room measurements and usage pattern.
Our production range is up to 100 liters of steam per hour, with special manufacturing up to 200 liters; covering a wide spectrum from residential baths to hotel and spa facilities. The machine comes ready for connection, is tested and approved in our facility before shipment, and includes a 1-year warranty. Once water and electrical connections are made, the system operates fully autonomously; it supplies its own water and maintains the set pressure.
