- What is the warranty period and what does it cover?
- Our machines come with a 1-year warranty. Manufacturing defects cover parts and labor. Consumables such as scale buildup, user errors, and lifespans of seals and resistance elements are excluded.
- What is the delivery time?
- We keep standard models in stock; typically shipped within one week after order confirmation. For custom production, the period depends on requested dimensions and capacity.
- Who performs the installation?
- The machine arrives ready for connection; water and electrical connections are done by the facility's own installer, we provide remote support. In certain cases, we offer paid installation services; local dealers may intervene in export markets.
- What certifications do you have?
- We hold CE, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 10002 certificates. All certificates are available on our website.
- What are the electrical requirements?
- Standard machines operate on 3 phase, 380–400 V (ground + neutral). For different networks — e.g., 110 V for the US market — production is made upon request.
- Is the machine tested before shipment?
- Each machine is tested and approved in our facility before shipment.
- What is required for the water connection?
